Terms + Conditions

By purchasing or booking a session, package, or membership, you agree to the terms below.

Booking + Payment

All sessions, packages, and memberships are purchased through our booking system.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.

All sales are final.

Session Types

Mat Pilates

  • 1–1 private sessions

  • 2–1 duet sessions available by request only

  • Duets must be requested via email

  • Each client must purchase their own session or package

Reformer Pilates

  • 1–1 private sessions only

Package Expiration

Packages are designed to support consistency and momentum.
All packages expire based on the original purchase date.

  • Drop-ins: 7 days

  • Starter packs: 21 days

  • 5-packs: 90 days

  • 10-packs: 6 months

Expired sessions cannot be used.

Cancellation + No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session.
Changes made before that time can be done online without a fee.

Late changes within 24 hours

  • $15 fee

  • Session credit is forfeited

No show

  • $25 fee

  • Session credit is forfeited

This policy protects the time held for you.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client.

Sessions are not extended, and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Memberships

  • Commitment required (3-month or 12-month options)

  • Auto-renews to month-to-month after the initial term

  • 30 days’ notice required to cancel after the commitment term

  • Sessions do not roll over

  • Memberships are non-transferable

Membership Freezes

  • 3-month memberships include up to 1 week of freeze time

  • 12-month memberships include up to 3 months of freeze time

Freeze requests must be submitted via email and approved in advance.

Early Membership Cancellation

If a membership is canceled before the commitment term is complete, a 50% buyout of the remaining balance is required.

Early cancellation may be considered for:

  • medical reasons with documentation

  • relocation (moving 10–15 miles or more from the studio)

Approval is at the discretion of Let’s Transform.

Transfers + Sharing

Sessions, packages, and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or gifted unless explicitly stated.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds on sessions, packages, or memberships.

Studio Discretion

Let’s Transform reserves the right to update policies, modify offerings, or refuse service as needed to maintain a safe and respectful studio environment.
